CrossFit Group Classes

No matter where you are in your fitness journey, AlphaFit’s CrossFit classes will take you to the next level.

High Intensity one hour classes that cover a broad range of movements, fitness disciplines and workout styles.  Each class is led by a certified, experienced coach to keep you safely pushing your limits.  Our community will be there to support you, cheer you on and keep you accountable.  There are new workouts every day to keep fitness enjoyable and help you crush through plateaus.  

Skill Sessions

We all have weaknesses we want to attack, or that new Personal Record we are chasing.

In CrossFit we attempt to become well rounded athletes.  During this journey we find our deficiencies and find enjoyment in overcoming them.  You will find lifts or movements that will be challenging and exciting. You will become adept at Olympic Lifting, plyometrics, gymnastics movements, and cardio.    AlphaFit’s Skill Sessions give our athletes the opportunity to work 1 on 1 with a coach to achieve their individual goals.
