KidFit 1 on 1 Personal Training

Our coaches will walk your child step by step through amazing workouts that are specific to their individual needs.  We will work with you and your child to develop goals for accountability and equity in each workout.  

KidFit Group Classes

In the age of electronics, tablets, and WiFi, KidFit gives parents an opportunity to introduce their kids to fun and rewarding fitness.  KidFit is traditionally done in 6 week sessions, with classes two times per week.  Our classes focus on coordination, body control, explosion and discipline which are transferable to any sport.
